Daily Prayer

Loving God, thank you for being our anchor. We touch and agree as we lift up our brokenness to you and rely on your love to heal and sustain us. We pray especially for:

  • People impacted by senseless gun violence
  •  People who are mourning the loss of loved ones
  • People who are barely holding on to hope
  •  Single mothers who are barely able to make ends meet
  • People who are afraid of what will happen to them in the next few weeks
  • Government leaders who represent your people
  • Veterans trying to re-integrate into society
  • Home caregivers and healthcare professional
  • People in hospice, nursing homes, hospitals
  • People who are in prison
  • People involved in wars of ideology
  • People who are homeless and hungry
  • People with no place to go
  • People who are ridiculed
  • Spiritual leaders in our nation
  •  Churches open in the name of Jesus

We stand on your promises today and with grateful hearts we declare what you have already decreed in your Holy Word.  In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen

Focus Scripture: Hebrews 6:19-20 (NLT)

This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary. Jesus has already gone in there for us. He has become our eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek.
