When Jesus saw her, he called her over and said, “Woman, you are set free from your ailment.” When he laid his hands on her, she immediately stood up straight and began praising God.
Luke 13:12-13
When Jesus saw you, he called you over.
Perhaps you suffered from a spirit of infirmity for many years. Your health issues have you bent over in pain. And your finances are diminished. You have no place else to go.
That’s when you decide to press your way to a sacred place, where Jesus sees you bent over near the altar.
There, in the sanctuary, Jesus calls you over in a way only Jesus can do. Then, you hear his voice saying, “Woman, you are free from your ailment.” And he lays his hands on you.
Immediately, something is revived in your spirit. As you surrender to the extraordinary power of your faith, you are filled with light and hope. And, in that moment, something divine gets resurrected in you. And you begin praising God.
