Lord Jesus, sometimes the situations of life weigh us down. Help us carry our burdens. You invite all who are weary and burdened to come to you for rest. We accept that invitation now. Lift what is heavy, soothe what is tired, and grant us the peaceful rest that only you can give. Amen.
