Wait Until the Time Is Right
For twelve years she had suffered. Doctors, treatments, disappointment year after year with no relief. Yet she did not give up. She kept believing that somehow, someday, the time would be right. And when Jesus passed by, she acted on that faith. She reached out. She touched. She was healed.
Faith is an amazing attribute. It is not passive waiting; it is active trust that God is working even when you cannot see it.
And when we step out on faith, we develop other characteristics along the way: patience, endurance, and hope. Faith teaches us to wait until the time is right, not in resignation, but in readiness.
The woman did not know exactly when her healing would come. But she positioned herself close to the source. She prepared her heart. She kept her eyes open for the right moment. And when it came, she was ready.
We fortify our faith with prayer. Prayer aligns our hearts with God’s timing. It gives us strength to endure another day, another week, another year if necessary.
If you are in a long season of waiting, take heart. Jesus sees you, just as He saw the woman in the crowd.
Your faith is not unnoticed. The time is coming. Keep holding on. Keep praying. And when the moment is right, reach out. Your healing, your breakthrough, your answer is closer than you think.
